The Process

In our thermoplastic powder coating process, preheated workpirces are dipped into a bed of fluidized powder. When the powder makes connect with the heated parts, the powder melts and adheres to the parts. The workpiece then pass through a second oven for final curing.

Coating Methods, fluidized bed processes handle small to large size parts. Any kinds of colors are available for all applications.
